Daniel C. Pauley is a partner at Smith Pauley, where he focuses on corporate law, estate planning, probate, and real estate. Mr. Pauley earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hastings College in 2007 and his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2010. Admitted to the Nebraska State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, Mr. Pauley brings strong academic and professional credentials to every matter.
