Daniel A. Spitzer is the managing partner of Spitzer Legal, APC, where he practices exclusively in plaintiff-side catastrophic personal injury litigation. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Redlands before completing his Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine, he also obtained a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute and earned a certificate from the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law.
