Dana Sniegocki

Dana Sniegocki is the managing partner of HKM Employment Attorneys LLP’s Las Vegas office, where she dedicates her practice to protecting workers’ rights. With years of experience in employment law, Dana represents employees in matters involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, and other labor violations. Her approach is client-centered, ensuring open communication and personal attention to every case.

Dana earned her J.D., cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she also received a Certificate in Law and Social Justice and the Pro Bono Honors Award. She holds a B.A. in History from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Dana is a licensed employment attorney in both Nevada and California. She has fought for thousands of workers in individual and class action lawsuits, recovering millions of dollars in unpaid wages and other compensation. Dana regularly advocates for employees in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. She has been appointed class counsel in more than a dozen certified class actions, making her a highly experienced litigator in complex, large-scale employment law and wage and hour disputes.

Throughout her career, Dana has remained committed to employee advocacy. She has never represented employers, choosing instead to focus solely on workers’ legal needs. Before joining HKM Employment Attorneys LLP, she practiced employment law for more than a decade in Nevada and has a strong background in social justice reform. Her earlier internships with the American Civil Liberties Union and the California Innocence Project helped shape her dedication to fairness and public service.

Dana Sniegocki is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Employment Lawyers Association, where she previously served as Vice President of the Nevada Chapter. Recognized by Super Lawyers and America’s Top 100 Attorneys, Dana continues to lead with experience, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to justice for employees.
