Dale K. Galipo is one of the nation’s most accomplished civil rights trial attorneys and the founder of The Law Offices of Dale K. Galipo in Woodland Hills, California. He has built a distinguished career representing victims of police misconduct, excessive force, in-custody deaths, and wrongful convictions.
Dale earned his Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law in 1984, following a degree in business administration from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Early in his career, he gained national attention for his success in criminal defense trials, earning multiple felony acquittals and the nickname “The Strikes Man” from the Daily Journal.
Since shifting his focus to civil rights litigation, Dale has secured over 100 seven-figure verdicts and settlements, resulting in more than $500 million recovered for his clients. He has tried and won over 100 jury trials and authored 20 published opinions in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, influencing the landscape of civil rights law nationwide.
