Cyrus Ali Tabari

Cyrus Ali Tabari is a partner at Sheuerman, Martini, Tabari, Zenere & Garvin – A Professional Corporation, who focuses on medical malpractice defense, elder abuse and dependent adult defense, health care law administrative actions, business litigation, health care law, and products liability. He has handled medical malpractice and elder abuse matters in Northern California for more than 20 years. Cyrus earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. He earned his M.B.A. from Santa Clara University Leavy School of Business. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is admitted in California and before several federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit, the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the US Court of Federal Claims, in complex federal litigation matters.
