Crystal R. Peck

Crystal R. Peck is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in personal injury, municipal law, property damage, employment matters, and land use cases. She began her legal career in 2004 as a law clerk and quickly advanced to practicing attorney. Over the years, she has handled complex claims involving zoning issues, use-of-force matters, Article 78 proceedings, and cases affecting local governments and their agencies.

Ms. Peck earned her J.D. from Albany Law School and her B.A. from the University at Albany. Her education provided the foundation for her work in federal and state courts, where she prepares cases with a careful understanding of court rules and procedural demands. She also keeps current with changing legal standards, allowing her to guide clients through sensitive and often technical legal matters.

Much of Ms. Peck’s practice focuses on representing municipalities, planning boards, and zoning boards. She serves as Special District Counsel and manages cases involving public employee discipline, employment disputes, and claims brought against government bodies. In addition, she represents individuals in estate planning and administration, helping clients prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Medicaid trusts. She also assists families with probate matters and advocates for executors and distributees in Surrogate’s Court.

Crystal R. Peck is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
