Craig earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 1992. He later completed a Master’s degree at the University of Minnesota and holds a B.S. in International Business from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. This academic foundation enables him to blend legal and business insights for comprehensive client service effectively.
Craig’s practice includes a wide range of immigration matters, including H-1B, TN, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, O-1, EB-5, PERM, and EB categories such as EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, and EB-2 NIW. His clientele spans from startups to global corporations, and he also advises on compliance matters, including I-9 verification and E-Verify procedures.
Prior to founding his firm, Craig worked for over eight years at a major international law firm and over a decade as in-house immigration counsel at a top public research university. These roles equipped him with extensive experience navigating immigration issues in both corporate and academic settings.
Admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1992, Craig remains an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where he has served as Congressional Liaison since 2013. He has also held leadership roles in the Minnesota State Bar Association and NAFSA.
