Courtney B. Kramer

Courtney B. Kramer is a partner at SGR, LLC, and a skilled attorney who has spent her entire career defending public entities. Since joining the firm as a law clerk in 2006 and becoming an attorney in 2008, she has focused her practice on helping school districts, counties, cities, and government workers with legal issues in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Kramer earned her B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2005, graduating magna cum laude with distinction. She then received her J.D. from the University of Colorado in 2008. While in law school, she worked as a legal and judicial intern, competed on the Moot Court team, and served as editor for a law journal.

Ms. Kramer defends clients in cases involving civil rights, constitutional law, employment disputes, and tort claims like premises liability. She handles investigations with the EEOC, Office of Civil Rights, and Colorado Civil Rights Division.
