Cortland P. Andrews

Cortland P. Andrews advises companies and investors on complex business transactions and strategic growth. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, securities matters, and corporate governance. Cortland earned a B.S. in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, where he was involved with Sigma Lambda Chi, Sigma Delta Pi, and the BYU Intercollegiate Baseball Team. He received a J.D., cum laude, from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.

Cortland works with private and public companies on transactions ranging from acquisitions and divestitures to joint ventures and investment structures. His experience spans communications, consumer lending, financial services, manufacturing, medical devices, agriculture, and energy industries, including oil, gas, renewable energy, and natural resources businesses across many global markets and sectors.
