Connor McQuage

Connor McQuage is a Texas-based attorney who delivers practical legal solutions in transactional, business, and commercial law matters. As an associate attorney with South Texas Business Lawyers, he counsels clients on entity formation, contract drafting, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance with a strategic, detail-oriented approach.

Connor earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees cum laude from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and is licensed to practice law in Texas. His business education and legal training allow him to approach legal issues with a well-rounded, commercially aware perspective.

Connor’s practice experience includes handling entity formations and dissolutions, reviewing and drafting various business contracts, and advising on trademark and privacy matters. He has also worked on bankruptcy filings, estate planning through wills and trusts, and issues involving the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA). Additionally, he brings forward-thinking knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications in law and commerce.

Connor has been with the South Texas Business Lawyers since 2021. He joined initially as a law clerk before progressing to supervised practice and ultimately becoming an associate attorney. Throughout his progression, he has consistently demonstrated strong legal insight and a commitment to client service.

Outside of private practice, Connor McQuage holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), enhancing his ability to manage complex legal projects. His leadership extends to military service as a Captain in the Texas Army National Guard, where he has served primarily in Field Artillery. His recent deployment to Europe provided valuable exposure to international collaboration and governance.
