Patrick has lifelong ties to New Jersey and received his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College in 1988. He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law–Newark in 1993. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and regularly practices in Municipal, State, and Federal Courts across New Jersey, including appellate courts.
Patrick began his legal career at the prominent New Jersey law firm Lowenstein Sandler, where he practiced for over ten years. In 2006, he opened his own private practice, choosing to grow his firm through client trust and referrals rather than heavy marketing or advertising. This approach reflects his commitment to quality over volume.
Patrick brings more than three decades of experience handling personal injury, commercial litigation, employment law, civil rights, New Jersey Law Against Discrimination matters, and municipal court cases. He has extensive trial experience at both the state and federal levels and has appeared before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third and Second Circuits.
