Colleen Kelley is a partner at Wolf Law in Denver, Colorado, where she devotes 100% of her practice to criminal defense litigation. She is known for delivering skilled, compassionate legal representation tailored to each case’s unique circumstances. Her practice includes charges ranging from DUI and domestic violence to complex white-collar crimes.
Colleen earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010 after graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Santa Fe in 2003. She was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2010 and has since built a reputation as a dedicated and strategic advocate.
Prior to entering private practice, Colleen served in the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office, first as an intern and then as a full-time attorney in the Castle Rock office. There, she represented thousands of clients in county, juvenile, and district courts across both urban and rural areas. Her extensive experience includes defending cases involving sexual assault, attempted murder, harassment, theft, and internet crimes.
Colleen Kelley’s strong litigation skills have earned her numerous accolades, including selection to Super Lawyers (2023–2025) and Rising Stars (2018–2020). She also received the AVVO Client’s Choice Award in 2017 and 2018 and was named one of the “Top 10 Best DUI/DWI Attorneys” by the American Institute of DUI/DWI Attorneys in 2015.
