Nia Wahl

Nia Wahl is an Associate Attorney at Werksman Jackson & Quinn LLP, where she focuses on Title IX cases. She represents both Respondents and Complainants, making sure that each side receives fair treatment. Her work involves helping clients through sensitive cases related to school misconduct and disciplinary hearings. With a strong background in civil litigation, criminal defense, and personal injury law, Ms. Wahl brings a unique approach to every case she handles. Her goal is always to deliver justice while respecting the rights of all individuals involved.

Ms. Wahl earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2017. She went on to receive her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2021. While at Southwestern, she worked in the Children’s Rights Clinic as a certified legal advocate. There, she helped students access the support and accommodations they needed to succeed in school, giving her valuable experience in working closely with clients.

Ms. Wahl began her legal journey as a law clerk at Werksman Jackson & Quinn LLP, gaining hands-on knowledge in criminal defense. Since being admitted to the California Bar in 2021, she has focused her practice on Title IX matters. She works hard to make sure her clients are heard and supported through every step of the legal process. Her background in civil litigation allows her to build strong cases and offer creative solutions.

Ms. Wahl is active in several legal groups. She is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and serves as Secretary on the Board of the Barristers Young Attorneys Section. She is also a member of the Philippine American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
