Cassandra earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law in 2020. While there, she served as the Senior Note & Comment Editor of the American University International Law Review. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Maryland, which she completed in 2017.
Cassandra’s hands-on legal training began in law school, where she served as a student attorney in the Criminal Justice Clinic, representing clients in misdemeanor cases. These early experiences shaped her commitment to understanding the unique life circumstances behind each case and providing a strong, compassionate defense.
