Cole Bingham

Cole Bingham is a partner of Lance Bingham, P.C. and a co-founder and Operating Partner of Utah Bicycle Law. Cole represents individuals and families harmed by personal injury or wrongful death caused by negligent or wrongful conduct. His practice includes motor vehicle, bicycle, motorcycle, trucking, pedestrian, premises liability, slip-and-fall, medical malpractice, dog bite, dram shop, product liability, and other serious injury claims.

Cole earned an undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Utah before graduating from the S.J. Quinney College of Law with High Honors. His business and legal education supports analysis of damages, insurance issues, financial losses, evidence, and litigation strategy. Before joining Lance Bingham, he worked as a litigator at Durham, Jones & Pinegar, P.C. and at the insurance defense firm Morgan, Minnock, Rice & Miner, L.C.

Cole’s earlier insurance defense work gives him direct experience with how insurance companies evaluate and defend injury claims. He applies that background while representing plaintiffs through the claim and litigation process.
