Clint A. Langer is a partner in the Sheridan office of Davis & Cannon, LLP. He represents businesses and landowners in both transactional and litigation matters throughout Wyoming. His practice includes business formation, asset sales and purchases, real estate, and estate planning. He also litigates disputes involving business law, contracts, and real estate, providing clients with effective solutions designed to protect their interests and achieve favorable outcomes.
Clint earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2000. He completed his B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Wyoming in 1997, where he was selected as the Outstanding Senior. During his academic career, He was also inducted into Mortar Board, Phi Kappa Phi, and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies, achievements that reflect his academic excellence and professional dedication.
Following law school, Clint clerked for the Honorable Clarence A. Brimmer of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. He was admitted to practice in Wyoming and the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming. This early experience provided valuable insight into judicial processes and sharpened his ability to analyze complex legal issues, preparing him to represent clients in matters involving both transactional work and contested litigation.
Clint A. Langer is deeply engaged in both professional and community leadership. He currently serves on the Wyoming Permanent Rules Advisory Committee – Civil Division and the Wyoming Permanent Rules Advisory Committee – Court Records Division, helping shape key legal standards in the state. He previously contributed as a member of the Wyoming Civil Pattern Jury Instruction Committee and the Wyoming State Bar Board of Continuing Legal Education, advancing the quality of legal practice and attorney education in Wyoming. Clint also brings his legal and strategic insight to the business world as a member of the Board of Directors for Taco John’s International, Inc., underscoring his influence across both the legal and corporate communities.
