Lori A. McMullen is a Partner in Crowley Fleck’s Sheridan office, where she provides counsel across oil and gas, natural resources, real property, estate administration, and creditors’ rights. She has served as both Oil and Gas Practice Group Leader and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, reflecting her leadership and professional reputation.
Lori earned her B.A. in History with honors from Rocky Mountain College in 1994 and her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1997. Admitted to practice in Wyoming, North Dakota, the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming, and the Fourth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals, she is well-positioned to represent clients in a broad range of complex matters.
Lori’s practice emphasizes support for oil and gas and natural resource producers, including title examination, title curative issues, acquisitions and divestitures, and lender financing opinions. Lori is also highly skilled in advising on secured transactions and creditors’ rights, combining technical depth with a practical approach. Clients trust her to deliver precise and strategic legal guidance that advances business and operational goals.
Before joining Crowley Fleck in 2012, Lori served as a Staff Attorney in the Wyoming Legislative Service Office and later became a Partner at Lonabaugh and Riggs LLP. In addition to her client work, she is active in professional organizations such as the American Bar Association, the Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law, and the Petroleum Association of Wyoming.
