Christopher R. Dixon

Christopher R. Dixon is a personal injury lawyer and the founder and managing attorney of The Dixon Injury Firm in St. Louis. He represents injured people and families in car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, pedestrian, and bicycle accidents, dog bites, premises liability, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, and class action matters. He is licensed in Missouri and Illinois and leads a practice built around direct attorney involvement, detailed case preparation, and readiness for litigation.

Christopher earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2004, double majoring in Finance & Banking and Real Estate. He attended the University of Missouri School of Law before receiving his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2007. During law school, he gained courtroom experience with the St. Louis City Circuit Attorney’s Office. His financial education and trial-oriented legal training support the analysis of liability, economic losses, future damages, and case strategy in serious injury litigation.

Christopher has practiced since 2007 and prepares injury cases with an emphasis on trial readiness. His work includes catastrophic trucking cases, uninsured-motorist matters, wrongful death, product liability, and other claims involving substantial damages. The Dixon Injury Firm reports more than $60 million recovered for injured clients and their families through verdicts, judgments, and settlements. He also handles selected serious injury matters outside Missouri and Illinois through pro hac vice admissions with local counsel.
