About

Elle Burke is an attorney at OSC Law in St. Louis who represents injured people in motor vehicle crashes, dangerous or defective product cases, workplace-related injuries, dangerous-premises matters, tractor-trailer cases, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, and other personal injury claims. Her practice includes civil claims involving negligence and third-party misconduct. She brings prior advocacy experience and criminal-law exposure to work that focuses on protecting people harmed by unsafe conduct or conditions.

Elle attended St. Louis University for her undergraduate studies and earned her Juris Doctor there. During law school, she gained litigation experience with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri in the Child Exploitation division and with the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on the Crimes Against Children team. Those placements provided experience with sensitive investigations, case preparation, legal writing, and the courtroom process.

Elle spent more than a decade advocating for people harmed by the wrongful acts of others before entering civil personal injury practice. She later founded and served as Executive Director of a nonprofit organization that supported survivors of sexual violence, where she managed volunteers and worked with hospitals, law enforcement, law firms, Title IX offices, and advocacy groups. She also served as a court advocate with the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office Victim Services Unit.

Elle Burke is admitted in Missouri and belongs to The Missouri Bar, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Her background combines victim advocacy, criminal-law experience, nonprofit leadership, and plaintiff-side civil litigation. She applies those experiences to injury cases involving negligence, unsafe products or premises, workplace injuries, wrongful death, and other serious harms requiring careful client communication and sustained legal advocacy.
