Greg Motil

Greg Motil is a personal injury attorney at The Dixon Injury Firm in St. Louis. He represents clients in Missouri and Illinois in car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, pedestrian, and bicycle accidents, dog bite claims, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death matters. He also handles medical malpractice, product liability, and class action work. His practice combines plaintiff representation with prior experience on the defense side of injury litigation.

Greg earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011 and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2014. He was admitted in Missouri in 2014 and Illinois in 2015 and is also admitted to the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. His education and dual-state licensing support injury litigation on both sides of the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Greg previously worked for a defense firm, where he gained insight into how insurers and defense counsel investigate claims, review medical records, assess causation, and value cases. He later returned to plaintiff-side work and has practiced at both large and small personal injury firms. That range of experience informs his approach to client communication, medical and liability evidence, negotiation, and trial preparation in serious accident and injury disputes.
