Christopher P. Brennan

Christopher P. Brennan, Esq., is a trial attorney and partner at Costello, Brennan, Devidas, Sasso, & Sinclair, P.C., who focuses on personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and workers’ compensation law matters. He has spent his career helping individuals and families handle difficult legal problems. Through thousands of civil, family, and criminal cases, he has guided clients through complex legal processes and fought for fair results. His practice centers on strong courtroom advocacy, careful case preparation, and practical advice to help clients understand their rights and options in challenging situations today.

Mr. Brennan earned his J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2006. Before law school, he completed a B.A. at the University of Connecticut. His legal education built a strong base in litigation, legal analysis, and advocacy. The training he received during these programs prepared him to handle complex disputes and represent clients in court. His academic work emphasized clear legal reasoning, ethical practice, and the skills required to succeed in demanding legal environments and professional practice settings.

Mr. Brennan began his legal career as a contract specialist at Otis Elevator, a Fortune 500 company within United Technologies, after law school. There, he worked on commercial contract negotiation and labor litigation matters. He later joined Esty and Buckmir, LLC, where he handled workers’ compensation and insurance defense cases for major insurers. Today, as a partner at Costello, Brennan, Devidas, Sasso, & Sinclair, P.C., he represents clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation, family law, and criminal defense litigation matters across Connecticut.

Christopher P. Brennan is active in the legal community and supports efforts that expand access to justice. He serves as Co-Chair of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Committee and is a member of both the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. He also lectures in Business Law at Housatonic Community College. His professional recognition includes selection to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Connecticut and repeated Super Lawyer peer nominations.
