Ronald completed his undergraduate education at Elon College in North Carolina and Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. He later earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, preparing for a legal career focused on criminal defense.
Ronald began practicing law in Delaware in 1994. Early in his career, he worked as an associate at Hudson, Jones, Jaywork, Williams, and Ligouri in the firm’s Dover office. In 1998, he became a partner and served as the managing partner of the Georgetown office.
