About

Christopher O. Parker serves as Of Counsel at Eichenbaum Liles & Honaker Law, where his practice is concentrated in real estate, real estate litigation, administrative law, civil litigation, and complex commercial disputes. With decades of experience, he has represented clients in matters involving planned zoning, eminent domain, and appeals, while also providing counsel in administrative and regulatory issues. His diverse background allows him to advise individuals, businesses, and public entities with skill and precision.

Parker earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 1972 before completing his J.D., with honors, at Georgetown University Law Center in 1975. During his time in Washington, D.C., he worked for the Honorable William Alexander of Arkansas and served on the staff of the Judiciary Committee of the United States House of Representatives under Chairman Peter Rodino. These early experiences gave him valuable insight into federal legislative and regulatory processes.

After law school, Parker returned to Arkansas and worked with the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department. There, he practiced federal administrative litigation, contract law, and employment law, further strengthening his expertise in government-related legal matters. Since then, he has built a practice that blends his knowledge of administrative law with extensive experience in civil and real estate litigation.

Admitted to practice in Arkansas, Christopher O. Parker is also admitted before the U.S. District Courts and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in Arkansas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, and Pulaski County Bar Association. With his long-standing career and proven leadership, Parker provides reliable representation in complex legal matters across multiple practice areas.
