Christopher Nuneviller is a founding partner and the managing partner of MNB Meridian Law, Ltd.’s Philadelphia office. He advises small and midsized businesses, owners, investors, and shareholders on formation, governance, operations, compliance, and growth toward an initial public offering. He draws on his experience as a business owner to understand profitability, leadership, workforce, and partnership pressures. His practice also covers military personnel law, national security, internal ethics investigations, white-collar investigations, and servicemember personal injury damages.

Christopher earned his B.B.A. from Temple University. He received his J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth School of Law. He qualified as a Master Advocate through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. His additional credentials cover legal project management, process improvement, veterans’ accreditation, corporate misconduct investigation, and arbitration. He is admitted in Pennsylvania, the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Federal Claims, and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

Christopher assists service members challenging investigations, adverse evaluations, positive urinalysis results, nonjudicial punishment, reprimands, lost security clearances, titling decisions, and separation proceedings. He previously served seven years as a US Army Judge Advocate in Washington, D.C. His background includes securities, venture capital, emerging business, military, and government regulatory law. He served as in-house counsel, general counsel, chief compliance officer, chief executive officer, federal contractor, and senior federal executive.

Christopher Nuneviller brings business leadership, military experience, government knowledge, and investigative training to complex matters. He has served with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Department of the Army, and Department of Veterans Affairs. He worked with the Military Compensation and Retirement Modernization Commission. His military decorations include the Legion of Merit, two Meritorious Service Medals, and several commendation and achievement medals. He serves as chairman of the Institute for Armed Services and Veterans Advocacy. His broad background supports practical advice for clients facing consequential business, military, and regulatory decisions.
