Christopher M. Fox

Christopher M. Fox is a Philadelphia workers’ compensation lawyer at Gross & Kenny, LLP who represents Pennsylvania employees through all phases of workers’ compensation litigation. He has concentrated on workers’ compensation since entering practice. For the first decade of his career, he represented employers and insurance carriers, giving him direct insight into how claims are evaluated and defended. He now uses that perspective when advising injured workers and developing strategies for disputed benefits claims.

Fox earned a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.A. in Labor Studies and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University. Before transferring to Temple, he studied at Widener University Delaware Law School. His education in labor relations and law provides a focused foundation for workers’ compensation practice, where employment relationships, medical evidence, statutory benefits, and administrative procedure intersect throughout the life of an injury claim.
