Moore earned his B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979 and his J.D. from Bates College of Law at the University of Houston in 1981. Licensed in Texas since 1982, he is one of a select group of attorneys Board Certified in both Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His additional credentials as a member of the Texas Bar College further demonstrate his commitment to continuing legal education and professional excellence.
