Stephen K. Ganske

Stephen K. Ganske is a real estate and business attorney in Seguin, Texas, handling commercial property, farm and ranch transactions, oil and gas matters, banking and lending, estate planning, and probate. In 2013, the Texas Legislature appointed him as a director of the Chisolm Trail Municipal Utility District.

As of February 2025, he was one of only 384 lawyers certified in Commercial Real Estate Law, 61 in Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law, and 367 in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law, among more than 110,000 Texas lawyers. He received Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars recognition from 2019 through 2022.
