Stephen K. Ganske

Stephen K. Ganske is a partner at Texas Horizons Law Group, where he focuses on oil, gas, and mineral law, commercial real estate, and farm and ranch property transactions. Ganske earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2009 and his B.A. from Baylor University in 2004. Licensed in Texas, he holds three Board Certifications from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization—in Commercial Real Estate Law, Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law, and Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law. He is one of only two attorneys in Texas to hold all three certifications, a distinction that reflects his deep knowledge and professional excellence in property and energy law.

Before co-founding Texas Horizons Law Group, Ganske gained valuable experience in Fort Worth handling oil and gas transactions for corporate clients.
