Alan D. Danz

Alan D. Danz is the founder and Managing Partner of Danz Law, PLLC, a boutique South Florida firm dedicated to labor and employment law. With over three decades of experience, he has earned a reputation for providing strategic, ethical, and results-driven representation to employers in both private and public sectors across Florida.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Danz earned his Ph.D. in auditory physiology and vestibular disorders from Purdue University. He went on to create the largest privately held hearing health care business in the United States, later selling it to the publicly traded company HEARX. He then pursued his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Inter-American Law Review.

Mr. Danz focuses his practice on employment litigation defense, mediation, and human resource consulting. He has successfully represented clients before state and federal courts, as well as agencies including the EEOC, NLRB, and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. His strategic counsel also extends to corporate clients, where he provides training and compliance advice on workplace regulations, discrimination, and harassment prevention.

In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Danz served as an employment litigation consultant to ANC Rental Corporation, overseeing hundreds of employment cases involving Alamo Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental. His leadership in litigation management and cost control strategies demonstrated his depth in complex corporate employment matters.

Mr. Danz is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, recognized among Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, and consistently honored as a Super Lawyer. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, he also applies his extensive courtroom experience to help parties resolve employment disputes effectively and efficiently.
