Christine T. Adams

Christine T. Adams is a Shareholder in the Real Estate Department of Rogers Towers PA and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. She focuses her legal practice on the acquisition, development, financing, sale, and leasing of commercial and residential real estate. Christine advises a diverse client base that includes developers, national banks, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and high-net-worth individuals.

Christine earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Florida in 1997 and a B.S., summa cum laude, from Jacksonville University in 1990.

Christine brings decades of experience to every transaction. She represents clients involved in the full lifecycle of real estate projects—whether shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family residences, or residential subdivisions. She has successfully managed transactions for publicly traded REITs, negotiated complex lease agreements with national tenants, and guided clients through real estate components of mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to handling commercial development and leasing, Christine advises clients in residential closings and real estate financing. She works closely with lenders to structure and close development and construction loans and also provides legal support in the restructuring of commercial real estate debt.
