Christine J. Moody

Christine J. Moody is the managing partner at Korein Tillery LLC, where she also chairs the firm’s environmental law practice. With over 30 years of litigation experience, she is widely recognized for her work in complex civil litigation. Her primary areas of focus include business litigation, securities law, antitrust, ERISA, commercial disputes, and consumer protection.

Christine holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from the University of Illinois. She later earned her J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law, where she served as associate editor of the Law Journal. Her academic background provided a solid platform for her analytical and advocacy skills.

Since launching her legal career in 1992, Christine J. Moody has led high‑stakes litigation at every stage, from pre‑filing investigations and discovery to trial and appeals. She regularly handles complex cases that demand sophisticated legal strategy and collaboration with expert witnesses in engineering, psychology, neurology, environmental science, and other technical fields. In 1996, she helped drive a litigation team that tried sixteen major civil jury cases in one year—an exceptional and uncommon accomplishment in modern civil practice.

Christine’s courtroom experience includes deposing hundreds of witnesses and trying numerous cases involving a wide range of legal issues. Christine is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, New York, and the District of Columbia. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to manage large-scale, high-pressure cases with precision and determination.
