Christine J. Moody

Christine J. Moody is the managing partner at Korein Tillery LLC, where she also chairs the firm’s environmental law practice. With over 30 years of litigation experience, she is widely recognized for her work in complex civil litigation. Her primary areas of focus include business litigation, securities law, antitrust, ERISA, commercial disputes, and consumer protection.

Christine holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from the University of Illinois. She later earned her J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law, where she served as associate editor of the Law Journal. Her academic background provided a solid platform for her analytical and advocacy skills.

Since starting her legal career in 1992, Christine J. Moody has taken a lead role in all stages of litigation—from pre-filing investigations to trial and appeals. She has developed cases that require intricate legal strategy and coordination with expert witnesses across diverse fields, including engineering, psychology, neurology, and environmental science. In 1996, she was part of a litigation team that tried sixteen major civil jury cases in a single year, a rare and notable achievement.

Christine’s courtroom experience includes deposing hundreds of witnesses and trying numerous cases involving a wide range of legal issues. Christine is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, New York, and the District of Columbia. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to manage large-scale, high-pressure cases with precision and determination.
