Christian E. Rodriguez

Christian E. Rodriguez, Esq., is the Managing Partner of Trembly Law Firm, where he focuses on partnership disputes, business litigation, and employment defense. A Miami native, he draws on his background growing up in a family of entrepreneurs to protect the rights of business owners. Known for his trial advocacy and forward-thinking strategies, he helps clients safeguard their companies from frivolous lawsuits and position themselves for long-term stability and growth.

Mr. Rodriguez earned his B.A. from Florida International University, followed by his J.D., cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law. He also earned an LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law, further enhancing his expertise in business and litigation matters. Admitted to practice in Florida, New York, Texas, and the District of Columbia, as well as multiple federal courts, he provides comprehensive representation for businesses across jurisdictions.

With more than a decade of trial and litigation experience, Mr. Rodriguez has successfully defended business owners in cases involving breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and employment discrimination. He has also led litigation teams in defending against complex class actions, including a federal TCPA case, and has negotiated resolutions in overtime and ADA Title III matters to protect clients from devastating damages. His willingness to take cases to trial has earned him a reputation as a fearless advocate for businesses.
