Anthony (Tony) A. Hilliard

Anthony (Tony) A. Hilliard is an attorney whose practice focuses on taxation law, estate planning, probate, banking, employee benefits, and business law. He advises individuals, families, and businesses on complex tax matters, wealth transfer planning, and fiduciary responsibilities. Tony earned his B.A. from Hendrix College. He received his J.D. from the University of Little Rock School of Law. He later obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He also became a Certified Public Accountant in 1982, further strengthening his financial and tax expertise.

He is a past president of the Arkansas Bar Association Tax Section and has served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Arkansas Bar PAC.
