Anthony (Tony) A. Hilliard is an attorney whose practice focuses on taxation law, estate planning, probate, banking, employee benefits, and business law. He advises individuals, families, and businesses on complex tax matters, wealth transfer planning, and fiduciary responsibilities. His work includes structuring estate plans, guiding probate administration, and counseling clients on regulatory and compliance issues. With decades of experience, he provides strategic advice designed to protect assets and ensure long-term financial stability.

Tony earned his B.A. from Hendrix College. He received his J.D. from the University of Little Rock School of Law. He later obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University School of Law. His advanced education in tax law supports his ability to handle sophisticated estate and business planning matters. He also became a Certified Public Accountant in 1982, further strengthening his financial and tax expertise.

Admitted to practice in Arkansas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, Tony has played an active role in professional leadership. He has served on the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Governors and as a Tenured Delegate to the House of Delegates. He is a past president of the Arkansas Bar Association Tax Section and has served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Arkansas Bar PAC.

He is a recipient of the Arkansas Bar Association Lawyer Legacy Award and the Arkansas Society of CPAs Mac Angel Award.
