Chris Dargie

Chris Dargie is a shareholder at Bernstein Shur in Portland, Maine, and co-chair of the firm’s Business Law Practice Group. He advises businesses on mergers and acquisitions, startup law and finance, corporate governance, business immigration, energy products trading and distribution, and outdoor risk management. Dargie works with companies across industries including energy, food and beverage, cannabis, and real estate, providing practical legal guidance through important transactions and business decisions.

Dargie earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law and his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire.
