Mehak Rashid

Mehak Rashid is the managing partner at Legal Scale LLP in New York City. Her practice focuses on representing private credit funds and corporate borrowers in financing transactions. She handles asset-based, leveraged acquisition, working capital, factoring, and other secured and unsecured financings. She was also selected for a secondment with Morgan Stanley’s Strategic Lending Group, where she created and presented financial models to the Credit Committee and reviewed and negotiated credit agreements. This experience gives her practical insight into lending transactions from both legal and financial perspectives and informs her work with lenders and borrowers.
