About

Chris Brennan is a partner at Woodhouse Roden Ames & Brennan, LLC in Cheyenne, Wyoming. His practice is centered on workers’ compensation and also includes personal injury, employment law, civil litigation, criminal law, business representation, and contract matters. He represents employees in workers’ compensation cases across Wyoming and brings courtroom experience to claims involving disputed injuries, benefits, medical issues, and other contested questions under the state’s compensation system.

Brennan earned a J.D. with Honor from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2015. While in law school, he served as a research assistant to Professor Michael Duff and helped with foundational work for a treatise on Wyoming workers’ compensation law. He was also an Article Editor for the Wyoming Law Review. That academic experience strengthened his understanding of workers’ compensation doctrine and legal writing.

Brennan has handled workers’ compensation matters involving carpal tunnel syndrome, alleged intoxication, back injuries, head injuries, mental injuries, material aggravations, permanent total disability, and permanent partial disability. He joined the firm in 2018 and also practices in civil litigation, employment, criminal law, business representation, contract drafting, and contract review. His range of work allows him to address both workplace injury claims and related legal issues affecting individuals and businesses.

Chris Brennan has served in professional and community leadership roles, including President of the Laramie County Bar Association, Lieutenant of the Ewing T. Kerr Inns of Court, and a board position with the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. He is also a Leadership Cheyenne alumnus. His workers’ compensation practice combines detailed knowledge of Wyoming law with trial preparation and direct representation of injured employees.
