Chasity Sharp Grice is a highly respected attorney serving clients across Tennessee and Texas. She focuses on helping individuals and families with probate matters, estate planning, estate administration, and elder law. Chasity earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Clark Atlanta University. She later received her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law, concentrating in Transactional Tax Planning. She furthered her knowledge by obtaining an LL.M. in Elder Law and Estate Planning, strengthening her ability to handle complex matters for aging clients and their families.
Chastity began her legal career working for Certified Public Accounting firms, where she focused on estate planning. Her experience included crafting tax-efficient plans using charitable trusts, marital deduction strategies, and family-limited partnerships. She uses this expertise to guide clients through estate tax planning and asset protection.
Chasity is a dedicated advocate for accessible legal resources for seniors and individuals with disabilities. She helps families navigate aging and special needs planning with clear guidance, empowering them to make informed decisions that protect their loved ones. Chasity Sharp Grice has been honored as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She is a member of NAELA, Elder Counsel, Wealth Counsel, and the Memphis Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Section. She also serves on the Continuing Education Committee of the Tennessee Bar Association and is an ABA Commissioner for Law and Aging.
