Charles D. Onofry

Charles D. Onofry is an accomplished trial attorney with over 35 years of experience handling complex tort and commercial litigation. He has successfully tried or arbitrated more than 250 cases, representing individuals, businesses, insurers, and self-insured entities. His practice includes insurance coverage, premises liability, construction defects, business disputes, professional negligence, and trust and estate litigation.

Mr. Onofry earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University in 1986, where he served on the Villanova Law Review and received the Scribes Award for Outstanding Legal Writing. He completed his undergraduate studies at Hamilton College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in 1982. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Roger G. Strand of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona from 1986 to 1987.

Recognized for his trial expertise, Mr. Onofry has defended clients in high-stakes litigation, including insurance bad faith claims, business contract disputes, and employment disagreements. He has successfully handled cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, professional liability, and intellectual property disputes.
