Charissee Garza Cardoze is a dedicated immigration attorney with over 12 years of experience representing clients in complex immigration matters. Charissee earned her B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law. She graduated cum laude with honors and was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List for her academic excellence and commitment to legal studies.

Charissee is licensed to practice in Texas, including the Supreme Court of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Her legal background includes extensive experience handling matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and defending clients in immigration courts across the United States.

After gaining significant legal experience, Cardoze founded and operated her own successful law firm, where she helped hundreds of individuals and families navigate the immigration system. She continues to bring that same client-centered approach and legal insight to every case she handles today.

Cardoze is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Texas Immigration & Nationality Law Section. She has also contributed to legal education as a Legal Terminology Instructor at the Court Reporting Institute.
