Bruce Dizengoff

Bruce Dizengoff is an experienced immigration attorney with over 35 years of practice in immigration and nationality law. His distinguished legal career includes more than two decades representing the United States government before transitioning to private practice in 2014. Bruce now offers comprehensive immigration services to clients across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and beyond.

Bruce earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1988 and began his career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Samuel L. Supnick of the New Jersey Superior Court. He then joined the U.S. Department of Justice in 1989 through the prestigious Attorney General’s Honors Program, a selective initiative for high-performing law graduates.

During his federal government career, Bruce served as a federal prosecutor, attorney supervisor, and project manager, representing the government before the U.S. Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals while advising on a broad range of immigration and enforcement matters. As a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security in 2003, he helped design and manage key legal programs, including Employer Sanctions, Civil Document Fraud, and the Criminal Alien Program. Bruce also served as a legal instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), where he trained law enforcement professionals in immigration law, courtroom procedure, and best practices for effective case handling.

Now in private practice, Bruce provides legal counsel across a wide range of immigration services, including family-based immigration, deportation defense, asylum, naturalization, waivers, DACA, green card applications, and non-immigrant visas. He is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
