Chantell C. Foley

Chantell C. Foley is a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Louisville office whose practice centers on workplace safety and employment law. She is a member of the firm’s Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management Practice Group and focuses on OSHA compliance and disputes. She represents employers during OSHA inspections, challenges citations, and provides compliance advice and training. Her employment work also includes discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace claims.

Chantell earned a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2011. She received a B.A. from the University of Texas in 2008, graduating summa cum laude. Before beginning her legal career, she worked as an assembler in the automotive industry and owned and operated a sub shop with her husband. Her firm credits those practical experiences with helping her understand employer needs in safety and employment matters.

Chantell previously worked as an attorney with the Kentucky Labor Cabinet, Department of Workplace Standards, also known as Kentucky OSHA.
