Catherine Zoller Mackey

Catherine Zoller Mackey, Esq. is a seasoned Florida attorney and the managing partner of Mackey Law Group, one of Manatee County’s most established woman-founded law firms. With decades of legal experience, she provides trusted counsel and representation in real estate, probate, and estate planning matters. Her leadership and commitment to professional excellence have guided the firm’s continued success and growth.

Catherine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications, with a minor in Humanities, from Florida State University. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. This combination of academic and legal training shaped her ability to communicate effectively and manage complex legal transactions and disputes with clarity and precision.

Catherine began her legal career in Tampa as a litigator with the Law Office of Dale Swope, where she gained extensive trial experience handling both bench and jury trials. In 1991, she established Mackey Law Group in Bradenton, where she has since handled numerous complex cases and transactional matters. Over the years, she has represented individuals, businesses, and financial institutions in real estate contracts, closings, and loan workouts, as well as probate and trust administration.

As a title agent for The FUND and WFG National Title Insurance Company, Catherine oversees a wide range of real estate matters, from residential and commercial transactions to intricate estate-related property issues. Her experience also extends to successfully facilitating significant community projects, including assisting Manatee County in the procurement of Emerson Point Park.

Catherine Zoller Mackey is an active member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section, the Manatee County Bar Association, and the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. Her extensive legal knowledge and leadership continue to make her a cornerstone of the Bradenton legal community.
