Sasha Dadan

Sasha Dadan is a skilled trial attorney and owner of Dadan Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Licensed to practice in Florida, she is known for her dedicated representation, extensive courtroom experience, and commitment to achieving justice for her clients throughout the Treasure Coast.

Sasha earned her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2011 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2013. She is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for both the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Her education and early career experiences laid the groundwork for her strong advocacy and strategic legal analysis in both criminal and civil matters.

Before founding her firm, Sasha served as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s 19th Judicial Circuit, where she represented over 3,000 clients across felony, misdemeanor, DUI, and juvenile cases. Her skill in legal research, case analysis, and cross-examination resulted in numerous dismissals, acquittals, and successful appeals. She also received over 100 hours of continuing legal education in criminal trial practice and evidence.

After leaving the Public Defender’s Office, Sasha expanded her practice to include family law, handling domestic violence injunctions, child custody disputes, and support matters. She played a key role in establishing the first Injunction for Protection program on the Treasure Coast, providing vital legal support to survivors of domestic violence seeking court protection. Her notable achievements include representing Waltine Nauta in USA v. Trump, a high-profile case that was ultimately dismissed—marking a significant victory for her client.

Fluent in Spanish and active in her community, Sasha Dadan is a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the St. Lucie County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar Family Law Division. She continues to provide every client with compassionate, results-driven representation.
