Carlos J. Rodriguez is a highly accomplished criminal defense attorney known for representing individuals facing the most serious charges in Georgia. Carlos earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007 and received his Juris Doctorate in 2010, both from the University of Georgia. As a Double Dawg, he values academic excellence and brings that same discipline to his courtroom strategy and client advocacy.

Carlos has successfully defended misdemeanor and felony charges, DUI, drug trafficking, and juvenile offenses across Georgia. His courtroom skill was nationally recognized in the high-profile case, State of Georgia v. Justin Ross Harris, where he helped secure the dismissal of serious charges, including murder.
