Carl E. Christensen

Carl E. Christensen is a highly skilled attorney with a strong focus on business law, consumer protection, intellectual property, and litigation. Carl earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, where he also served as an adjunct professor, teaching Intellectual Property Foundations. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Washington University. His academic background laid a strong foundation for his expertise in consumer rights, business law, and intellectual property.

Before founding his law firm, Carl E. Christensen gained valuable experience clerking for Judge Kenneth Sandvik in Minnesota’s Sixth Judicial District and working briefly as a prosecutor. His early career also included research on intellectual property and domain name law, which he further developed during his time at the National Arbitration Forum.

Carl has fought for consumers’ rights throughout his legal career, successfully handling cases against major financial institutions and corporations. His work in foreclosure defense has helped homeowners challenge wrongful foreclosures and unfair lending practices. He has also played a key role in intellectual property disputes, protecting businesses and individuals from trademark infringement and unfair competition.
