Candice Y. Farha

Candice Y. Farha is a senior attorney at Penner Lowe Law Group whose practice includes family law, guardianship, criminal defense, employment law, data privacy, and general civil litigation. She represents clients across a wide spectrum of legal concerns, bringing extensive courtroom experience and a versatile background to each matter.

Ms. Farha earned her Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Kansas and her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law. While in law school, she concentrated on family law and served as a legal intern under a student practice license. Following graduation, she represented indigent and elderly clients in legal aid, gaining valuable experience in family law and developing particular skill in handling protection from abuse and stalking cases.

Ms. Farha’s career also includes service as a public defender, where she handled cases involving traffic, misdemeanors, felonies, and care and treatment. She later joined one of the nation’s largest law firms, where she practiced employment law, data privacy, and cybersecurity. There, she managed employment litigation, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and personal injury claims while also guiding clients through urgent data breach responses as part of a nationally recognized cybersecurity team.

Since joining Penner Lowe Law Group in 2020, Candice Y. Farha has built a diverse practice with a strong focus on family law and complex civil matters. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers as “Ones to Watch” and a “Rising Star” in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
