About
Caleb Kenyon practices criminal defense and civil litigation, representing people in state court, federal court, and matters before licensing boards. He is known for combining careful analysis with steady guidance. His work focuses on protecting clients’ rights while finding practical solutions for difficult legal problems and high-pressure disputes.
Caleb earned his Bachelor of Science, Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida, graduating summa cum laude. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, he served as a teaching assistant in legal writing, appellate advocacy, and trial practice.
Caleb developed strong trial skills through direct instruction from the Honorable United States District Court Judge Paul C. Huck. That training supports his work in criminal defense, DUI / DWI matters, civil litigation, licensing board issues, and cases requiring clear strategy, sound judgment, and careful preparation from the start.
Caleb has served in several legal organizations, including the Past Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors, Federal Bar Association, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, Gerald T. Bennett Inn of Court, and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. These roles reflect active service.
Caleb has also written and spoken on criminal law, technology, privacy, geofence warrants, discovery, first appearance hearings, and young lawyer practice. His publications and presentations show a focus on modern legal issues, including digital evidence and client phones, while helping lawyers understand changing courtroom challenges and practical defense approaches.
Caleb Kenyon helps clients by approaching each case with preparation, creativity, and a clear focus on rights and outcomes. He works to explain complex issues in plain language, reduce stress where possible, and build strong strategies for people facing criminal charges, civil disputes, or licensing board concerns.
