Caleb earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University. He later obtained his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2012 from Texas Tech University School of Law. During law school, he served as Articles Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review and was a member of Phi Delta Phi, Legal Honors Fraternity. He was also named to the Dean’s List.
Caleb draws on his background in accounting to better understand financial records and complex business structures. This experience strengthens his ability to question witnesses and explain technical matters clearly in court. He has tried numerous civil cases before judges and juries and has represented clients in arbitration proceedings involving significant financial exposure.
Caleb has secured strong results in a wide range of matters. He obtained a take-nothing judgment in a case seeking more than $10 million in damages and achieved summary judgment in a wrongful death action for a manufacturer. He has also earned multi-million-dollar awards and settlements in trade secrets, fraud, and commercial contract disputes, along with seven-figure jury verdicts affirmed on appeal.
