C. Logan Rollins

C. Logan Rollins is the Lead Attorney at HawkLaw, P.A., where he has worked since 2010 on personal injury law matters. His practice includes car accident injuries, wrongful death, and other injury claims. He has handled cases from the trial level through appeals, giving him experience with both courtroom litigation and appellate proceedings. He represents clients throughout South Carolina and focuses on guiding injured people statewide today through complex claims and legal disputes.

Mr. Rollins earned his B.A. in English from North Greenville University in 2002, his M.A. in English from Clemson University in 2004, and his J.D. from Charleston School of Law in 2009. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2009 and to the US District Court for the District of South Carolina in 2011. He is also licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
