C. Bradley Flynt

C. Bradley Flynt is a partner at Holland & Hart LLP in Jackson, Wyoming. He represents developers, lenders, and investors in complex real estate transactions, including commercial development, financing, hospitality projects, affordable housing, and renewable energy infrastructure. His practice also coordinates permitting, environmental, tax, regulatory, due diligence, financing, and opinion work. A prior background in commercial and construction lending gives him practical business insight when structuring transactions and evaluating financing issues.

Brad earned a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. In law school, he served as president of the Business Law Society. His combined legal and business education is directly relevant to a practice involving construction loans, real estate finance, acquisition structures, project development, and investment transactions across multiple states and industry sectors.

Brad has advised clients on major renewable energy and real estate projects, including transmission, wind, solar, and energy storage developments.
