Aaron Herzberg

Aaron Herzberg is a Jackson, Wyoming divorce and trial lawyer with about thirty years of courtroom experience. His practice covers family law, criminal defense, and national park defense, with particular experience in high-net-worth divorce, property division, custody, support, prenuptial agreements, DUI, assault, drug cases, and federal park citations. He began his career in divorce litigation and later spent a decade as general counsel handling corporate, real estate, partnership, and business disputes.

Aaron earned a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law and an LL.M. in Taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown. He has also completed basic and advanced ABA Family Law Trial Advocacy training.
